I am being banded in 2 weeks.
I currently weight 15st 5lb which is waaaay too heavy for my 5ft 4 frame ![]() I start the pre-op diet tomorrow, which I am quite looking forward to as I am fed up of feeling so rough. I know it's not going to be a picnic, but I also know I am doing the right thing after 20 years of yoyo dieting. It would be nice to chat to a few people who are either pre or post op, talking is what I do best so come on peeps ![]() H xx |

Thanks Mark, and congratulations on your weight loss, that's brilliant!
I don't think I've lost anything much since the op, but have been told it's normal so trying not to panic. I have only been on fluids so far and only taking in about 400-500 cals ![]() Take care, Helen |
