Making the decision to have surgery is a big step. Our commitment to you is to look after you from the minute you make this decision. We will personally keep in very close contact with you throughout your visit to the Czech Republic, taking care of all the details for you so that you can concentrate on what’s important - making your visit for surgery a stress-free and positive experience. Deborah and Michael will be in Brno during your stay, to ensure everything goes smoothly.

No obligation consultation
The next step is for you to complete our on line medical form in order that our surgeons can let you know if surgery is suitable, and which procedure would give you the best results. Please also upload some clear photographs of the areas which require surgery and include them when submitting the form, or send them as an attachment to an e-mail to us. This is essential to enable our surgeons to make their evaluation.
As soon as we receive the surgeon’s advice (normally within 2-3 days) we promise to contact you to discuss the procedure and possible dates for your surgery. We will then confirm all this in writing giving you a personal treatment programme and confirmed quotation.
It is then up to you to decide if you would like to go ahead with the surgery. If you agree, you must make the arrangements for payment and follow all the steps required to prepare for your visit as detailed on the quotation we send you, and then you can simply leave it to us to make all the arrangements.
Our job is to ensure that you are fully informed, that all the arrangements are put in place, and all the details are taken care of to allow you to have your selected procedure without any worry or stress.
On your arrival in Brno we will collect you from the airport and take to the Grand Hotel, where we will spend some time with you to settle you in and make you feel comfortable. When we take you to the clinic for your appointment the next morning you will be given a full medical to be certain that you are fit enough to undergo the procedure you have chosen and also you will have the opportunity to discuss with the surgeon any last minute queries or questions you may have. We will, of course be there with you through this, and will also visit you regularly throughout your stay to make sure you are happy and comfortable.
